Last Thursday (16th Jan) saw the start of the series of workshops that Dalbinder Bains and myself are running at MAYA Therapies on Lark Lane. We had a great time making herbal vinegars and remedies for seasonal coughs and colds.
The next workshop is on 20th Feb, where we’ll be talking about the history of herbal medicine and making a selection of remedies.
